DESCRIPTION
Sydney is a mysterious girl who doesn’t talk much about herself, unless it’s necessary. She was born in Sydney, Australia and just recently moved to NYC. Her interests include singing, art, Victorian-Gothic outfit designing, intricate mosaics, horror movies, and taking care of her pet snake. Since Sydney was raised for most of her life in an environment where dangerous wildlife exists, she developed a tolerance to a lot of things that most people fear. She is unfazed with pretty much everything, including jumpscares or anything else that looks mortifying. The Atlacaeda members are amazed at her insane amount of courage, and they wish she could teach them how to overcome their phobias. Sydney was born with strict, musically prodigious parents, who don’t let her go out of the house often, so she lacked friends during her early childhood and often finds it hard communicating with others who aren’t her parents. She also inherited her singing ability from them. When she was only 4 years old, she had the chance to perform weekly at the Sydney Opera House as a regular, due to her parents’ names being well-known there. She got much recognition for her beautiful operatic vocals. Sydney enjoys singing and interprets it as a therapy for her. However, she’s the type who doesn’t want to be told how to carry out things, as she wants to live an independent life and make her own choices. She yearns to make herself known as someone other than the child prodigy opera singer that her parents wanted her to become, back in Sydney. Upon moving to NYC, she hopes to take a different approach to her life and walk a path that only she can take. Ironically, Sydney is an opera singer who enjoys listening to rock music, so she is a huge Blind Sight fan, and her indigo highlights were inspired by Blind Sight’s image color.
