Blythe is far from chaotic and places a strong emphasis on practicality. Her interests include singing, watching reality T.V., and analyzing debates. She is also a member of the student council at ULHS. In Jubilant Jamboree, Blythe is known as the group’s logic expert and strategist. She makes sure that everything in the group is functioning accordingly, to ensure the success of Jubilant Jamboree. She is in charge of behind-the-scenes work for the group, such as reserving times at concert venues for their performances, planning setlist orders, composing original songs, and acquiring financial profit for the benefit of the group as a whole. The members tend to slack off when it comes to the technical aspect of group work, so Blythe steps in to focus on that and remind the others that it will be helpful for them to grow their audience and make their name known in the music industry. She is the intelligent one in the group and the most concentrated when it comes to complex processes behind Jubilant Jamboree’s artistry. She is sane and controlled, with a relaxed stoic expression. She finds it difficult to smile, unless she has rare moments when she’s fully content. She also gets tired and loses stamina quickly when doing activities that involve a lot of movement. The members of Jubilant Jamboree, especially Joli, often question her serious behavior and the fact that she gets worn out easily. However, Joli considers her to be an “interesting” girl, which is one of the first things she says about Blythe when they first meet. The members welcome her with open arms, and they teach her how to lighten up and make others happy.
